Went with my aunt as a treat in a hot afternoon. The restaurant is very spacious. The pho has a nice finish. I gave it a four star because one of the cuts in my dac biet tasted really old. The spring rolls were also very good. I will come back again one morning to see if it makes a difference.

This is a SOLID Vietnamese restaurant !! I'm really picky about Pho and the flavors in my Pho. I loved the Pho Ve Dem house Pho option. While I wasn't impressed with the quality of the meat, the flavors meshed well. I loved the broth because it wasn't loaded with fish sauce, it tasted like a great bone broth. I loved the fresh basil, bean sprouts and veggies in the soup. I would have loved more green onions but it was ok. The soup was comforting and really hit the spot. The filet dinner was also a winner. Great flavor, crunchy veggies and good value. I don't live in the area but when I pass by I always grab some grub.

Hands down some of the best pho I've had in Houston. The price is great for what you get, a good balance of meat and noodle. The broth is delicious, flavorful like pho should be and they give you the basil, onion, string beans, lime etc. The location is really nice too, there's always parking and it's never too packed. Definitely a must try if you're in the area for pho. Probably will be back next week.

New location that's also on Bellaire but this one opens during the day. Located in the same plaza as Le Duc Bakery and Com Tam Ban Toi. Spacious parking and this location is just as good as the other one on Bellaire. I came here for lunch on a Thursday and it wasn't too crowded. We were seated right away. Interiors were larger than the other location. There was a TV that had a Viet-dubbed drama playing. Menu is similar to the other location. Services were friendly and fast. This location accepts credit card versus the other one does not. We ordered two large size Pho Dac Biet (Special) with beef on the side and bean sprouts steamed. I've become a fan of their pho dac biet. The broth is always delicious and has an authentic taste. The portion is always the right size and the veggies are fresh. Writing this review is making me want some more. So glad that they open a location for the daytime.

True story, Ve Dem means Bad Ass in Vietnamese. Unlike the other peeps that talks about making America great, Ve Dem or bad ass is doing it one location at a time. This is one of my crave killers, from the amazing bone broth(Paleorific!) to that velvety pipe burning sate. This is the breakfast lunch and dinner of an Athlete! I play golf, so that's instant credit for explosive strength and agility. Summarize, this is just as amazing at the other location, and it will make you great too.

There is a horse that greets you when you walk in - and I take selfies with horses - 5 stars! Their broth is super good. The XL Pho is truly XL - I don't think I have ever seen a bowl that big. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they don't have Bahn Mi or Bun.

Ordered medium chicken pho for lunch. The first taste and down to last spoonful was wonderful. The soup has nice amount of meat and even a few pieces of dark meat. They also added some other subtle vegetables that make this soup stand out from the others.I added the side complimentary hot spice with a few drops of lime. I almost forgot I had the flu. They do close at 6 pm and have to go available. You can use your card and total bill needs minimum of $10. Plenty of parking is available. This new place is great and will gladly drive 10 minutes in Houston traffic to get there.

Consistency is the key, and this place deserves a five star! I'm a regular at both of their places. Catch me in the morning here & at night at the first original location. I usually get the fillet mignon with bo vien! I love coming here because of there special red sauce
